Something for Friday

I've been away for awhile so I do apologize. Not anywhere but here (that is surreal), but busy. Like a one-legged man in an a**-kicking contest busy.

Lot's of local baseball - with a home tournament taking place this week. Unfortunately my boys got housed. Happens in youth baseball. I don't get upset about losing - but I do when we give up or don't try very hard. Maybe I'm just upset with myself. I'll have to think about a little retrospection when things slow up.

Question: Do you have any weasels at work? The type - the kind who is very quick to question and criticize, yet is very unlikely to actually do anything of value. I have a new weasel in my sights. And crossing SoulSlam is not advised.

Most of my TV Shows (3 out of 4) have left me hanging for the summer or longer. To recap:

Fringe - kind of creepy ending, and the gravesite image at the end was also chilling. Great show.

Lost - my attention was not at it's best Wednesday, so I have to watch again on the web. Liked the loophole though.

Supernatural - BEST SHOW ON TV. And now Lucifer rises. Good job, Sam.

So now I have more time to watch MLB Channel.
