I know because I get an e-mail just about every other day like this:


I guess to compensate and try to re-connect with the fans, some Marketing Genius inevitably came up with sending out e-mail letters all the time. Well how about an e-mail letter about what we are going to do to MAKE THIS FREAKIN' TEAM BETTER!!!!
