Less than a scant two weeks or so ago...
Mets were 3-8 and in last place in NL East. The pundits were calling the corpse stinky.
Ten game homestand begins and they go 3-1 with Cubbies, 3-0 with Braves and 3-0 with the Dodgers for a 9-1 record in last ten days. First place in NL East and going into Philly like an ICBM. Gonna be a rumble in the city of brotherly love!
